We get it. (That’s common annnnnd\, pro tip\, it applies to EVERY single human on the planet.)\nYou can feel your stomach twisting and turning as some low-grade guilt is kicking in.  You know unconscious bias is important but …. well…. maybe you’ll have time next month to deal with it. \nYou’re starting to feel some low-grade resentment burn in your gut because you’ve been the victim of unconscious bias more times than you have fingers and toes combined.\n\nUnconscious bias\, is defined as “unintentional and automatic mental associations.
