Effective Date: Upon registration
By registering for the Transformative Trainers Academy (the “Program”), you (the “Participant”) agree to the terms below. The Program is provided by Lee-Anne Ragan, RPS Inc. (the “Provider”).
1. Program Access
You’ll receive access to the Program features as described on the Program sales page at the time of purchase. These may include videos, worksheets, forms, checklists, live training, discussion groups, and future updates.
2. Licensing
You receive a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal use only. Do not share or reproduce materials. Violations may result in termination without refund.

4. Registration Details
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Disruption & Termination
The Provider reserves the right to remove any Participant who becomes disruptive or violates guidelines. No refunds will be issued for terminated access.
6. Fees
Program and membership fees are as stated on the website and are subject to applicable taxes. Fee changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
7. Membership Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually). You may cancel anytime before the monthly or annual renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial months or for annual cancellations.
8. Pricing Policy
Fees won’t change during your active subscription period. Renewals may reflect new pricing as per Clause 6.
9. Cancellation
Cancel by emailing laragan@rpsinc.ca. Access will continue through your current billing cycle. No refunds will be given.
10. Payment Authorization
By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your card according to your plan (one-time, installment, or recurring).
11. Password Security
You’re responsible for safeguarding your login. Notify us of any unauthorized use. We’re not liable for password misuse.
12. Technology Disclaimer
You are responsible for having the required tech setup and internet connection to access the Program. We are not responsible for outages or third-party tech failures.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal info in accordance with British Columbia privacy laws.. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
14. Not Professional Legal or Therapeutic Advice
The Program provides educational content only. It does not constitute professional legal, or therapeutic advice.
15. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions related to your use of the Program, even if we were advised of the possibility.
16. No Warranties
The Program is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
17. Release & Indemnity
You release and indemnify us from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Program, including those brought by third parties.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You agree to resolve any disputes in British Columbia courts.
