In honour of World Mental Health Day coming up on October 10th, have I got a special treat for you.
Do you ever find yourself thinking:
- What is it with me? I know I’ve faced this issue many times before, but I can’t seem to move forward.
- I wish I could have someone point out some of my behavioral patterns to get some fresh insight.
- I’d love to get some support for my mental health, but it’s hard to find a good counselor, let alone one that’s available with my unpredictable schedule.
- I just need to get my issues down on paper, but it takes wayyyy too long to write all this stuff out.

Ever find yourself feeling:
- I know “you can’t see the label from inside the jar” (a.k.a. I need some fresh insight), but how do I get out of my own way and get some new perspective?
- I’m overwhelmed and sure could use some new ideas to help me manage my feelings.
- I’m leaning towards burnout, given the state of the world, and sure could use some hope and positivity that’s genuine and not saccharine sweet.
- I’m feeling pretty dang low and not sure what to do about it, which doesn’t take some of the little precious energy I have left.
If any of that rings true for you then….

Voilá! I seriously, truly, actually have a magical feeling and ever-so true tool for you to try.
This particular tool:
