If you have your AI companion turned on, wondrous things happen in Zoom.
You’ll get an automatic summary of your meeting, and if people join your meeting late, they can even ask it for an update.
(If you’re using Microsoft Teams, you’ll find the feature called Intelligent Recap.)

What AI companion doesn’t do so well is record names that are not commonly heard in North American or European English.
So while I can assure you that I regularly meet with fascinating and diverse people, I can also assure you that on that day I was not, alas, meeting with an ostrich.
This, as you can imagine, ended up being a great example of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Tech tools can be fabulous annnnd they have their foibles
Make sure you check them for accuracy and inclusion.
