We recently celebrated the 100th Learning and Development Roundtable! I can’t quite believe it’s been ten-plus years since a small group gathered to discuss whether there would be a demand for something like this.
Well, there was. A demand that is.

One hundred Learning and Development Roundtables later, we’re going strong.
I wanted to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to all of you who’ve attended over the years.
A couple of months before our celebration I set out to gather 100 life lessons.

As a Learning and Development professional, learning is of course, super important to me. So I thought it would be interesting to document key life lessons I’ve learned over my lifetime and invite you to do the same.
You can see all of the lessons here (and add your own if you wish).

One of my favourite life lessons that a reader added recently was this one:
“I learned that there is no best. The best gets better. There are many unique and amazing places and people. without comparing them, I should celebrate the diversity.”
Notice the range of funny, poignant, hard-won, illuminating, and diverse lessons.
Just like you dear reader.
Cheers to you and 100 more Learning and Development Roundtables.
Now go on and learn, learn some more, and lead
