In today’s whirlwind of change—think UN/Development/Aid shake-ups, and global conflicts—it’s easy to feel like you’re juggling flaming swords while riding a unicycle.
In these times of massive ambiguity and change, it’s more important than ever to manage your stress and pay attention to your work-life balance (or integration).
At our upcoming Learning and Development Roundtable, we’re diving into practical strategies to help you keep your sanity intact and maybe even find a little zen amidst the chaos.
Join us to swap stories, share a laugh, and discover tools that’ll help you navigate these turbulent times without losing your cool.

In this free workshop on February 19th, with me, Lee-Anne Ragan, you’ll:
- Put the elusive myth of work-life balance to bed for good and replace it with a healthier, more realistic, and practical outlook
- Put into practice some of the best research when it comes to stress management, work-life balance, and integration
- Know thyself with a simple tool designed to uncover how you’re currently dealing with work-life balance and how you can create more relaxation and balance, and less fear and anxiety.
- Take action with one simple skill designed to decrease your stress and increase your wellness
- Map three types of stressors and where you’re at with your ‘buckets,’ in order to create a customized work-life balance plan that fits you.
- Gain access to 13+ years of Learning and Development Roundtable resources
- Additionally, if you are a UN staff member, this workshop can count toward your annual UN professional development. However, you do not need to be a UN staff member to attend; all are welcome.
